一质粒简介:

 1. 辅助二硫键折叠
表达人源蛋白二硫键异构酶(hPDI)和酵母氧化还原酶(Erv1p),在大肠杆菌胞内构建“氧化微环境”,帮助含多个二硫键的蛋白(如毒素肽、抗体片段、蛋白酶)正确折叠,大幅提升可溶性蛋白产量。
2. 可调式T7表达系统
利用鼠李糖诱导的T7溶菌酶表达系统,可通过调整诱导剂浓度,精准控制T7 RNA聚合酶的活性,避免目的蛋白的过度表达导致的细胞毒性或包涵体问题,特别适合难表达、易聚集的蛋白。
3. 多克隆位点与酶切位点
含XbaI、EcoRV、SpeI、XhoI等多个单一酶切位点,可用于后续改造
序列中含M13/pUC反向测序引物位点,便于测序验证插入片段
